    [General Support] Got a huge problem now =/

    So now every time i try to install/uninstall/upgrade anything in cyida

    it starts to download rockapp.. then throw these errors

    it keep popping up error about rockapp - and when i try to uninstall rockapp if kept popping up errors about dpkg ..


    Here is the error when I try to uninstall

    the ****** is sineful iphone depo

    I tried apt-get -force-overwrite it but no use

    /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.rockyourphone.daily.plist',

    ^ not sure what that is either..

    As of now i cant install/uninstall/upgrade anything in cyida please help!

    my rockapp is the latest version btw.

    Go into cydia and uninstall all RYP apps. Then SSH in and delete any remaining stuff. Reboot.


    You must have updated your RYP app after installing MyWI from sinful. If fooks it up. Goodluck

    but i cant uninstall it
    it will start and just error out badly.


    after i shh where do i delete any remaining stuff at?
    in the application.app folder?

    Check /private/var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall
    if the rockapp deb is in there move or delete it. That should at least stop Cydia from erroring whenever you do anything.

    Also look in /private/var/lib/dpkg/info/
    if you see com.whatever.rockapp.preinst/postinst you can also try moving or deleting those.

    This might not fix your entire problem but should at least help some.
