Download iFile from Cydia.
Use iFunbox to send the SleepFX deb file to your device - any folder should be fine.
Open iFile on your iphone/ipod
Navigate to the same folder that you sent the deb file earlier
Select the deb file, and a menu will show up. Choose "Installer".
After that is done, Respring you device, and SleepFX will be installed.

Use terminal with su command and then dpkg -i [filename] command. Replace [filename] with the name of the file that your package is in, don't forget the .deb extension.
Can someone else confirm that, if you reboot your phone and let it sit for a day, you will have no memory? I remember rebooting my 3GS, going to sleep and then waking up with only 12 MB free.

I think SleepFX still has battery drainage/memory leak issues. I'd stick with TV Tube Sleep personally.

I found and installed v1.2 using both iFile and command line as super user.
Only works a few times then stops.
iPhone 4 with iOS 5.
