Sorry guys, I've been inactive for quite some time. Don't shoot me down for asking this question but what is the difference between xipa & installous? I installed xipa and downloaded an app and it didn't seem direct. I still had to put characters in apptrackr for me to download it. Please let me know, Thanks.

where is xipa on the repo. i dont even see the plugin pack. or is it not on cydia.xsellize.com

Yesterday I download apps & it works fine on 3GS 4.0.1 it's shape shifter2 In 3D. Very interesting & fun

This is the first release to the public for xIPA it uses a plugin system to connect to site for downloads etc. At the moment it is connected to IPARepo.com, Apptrackr.org, iPhoneCake.com and iCauseFX.
You can read more about it and view screen shots etc here. http://xsellize.com/forum/122-xipa/
This release should be on the VIP repo now and will be on the free/members repo in the next hour if all goes well with the VIP repo test. Is now on the members repo too.

IPARepo is what is making xIPA possible for VIP members, and members. This is where all the info is coming from, and where the downloads are being hosted. xIPA is not just another client like AppCake, it is better. If you are VIP, then it is better than Installous on most occasions. Installous has a fancier UI because they have experienced developers. I don't want to say that xIPA wasn't made by an experienced developer, just that Installous is a major app that every is used to and is an easily recognizable name.
