I found this on a web site last night. It calls itself NeoSans, but is close...

Complete with all 6 fonts for lockscreen, clock, systemfont, etc.

Tested with iPhone 4 iOS 4.3.3.

Installation Instructions:

1. Install Bytafont (it's in ModMyi repo)
2. Copy "NeoSans.font" to /var/mobile/Library/MyFonts
3. Open Bytafont
4. Apply and respring

Nope Its not fully Compatible with iPhone4 4.3.3 since It doesnt change all fonts.. for example "in facebook app feed, original halvetica font displayed"
can you please port fully compatible font thank you

+1 on this. NeoTech is my favorite font. Can't have anything else. And the font in the download link is NeoSans not NeoTech. Close but not the same.
Same font family but different style.

If someone could upload the real NeoTech, I think a lot of people (me included) would be greatful.

I have found the true NeoTech font!!!

Why I didn't think to look on filestube.com before is beyond me. But i did and i found it.

One more edit: Don't install this using BytaFont as it says HelveticaNeue.ttc is invalid. Put the files into System/Library/Fonts/Cache and put a "_H_" before the helvetica and helveticaneue and backup the previous files. Works like a charm

Here Installation instructions are given and the most important thing is that it will be done very easily. There is nothing in it which would be hard. So good sharing here.
