Hey anyone out there know how to enable system wide airplay mirroring on the iPad 1 on iOS5? This apparently only works on the iPad 2 but I'm sure there must be a way to make it work on the iPad 1 too.

I'd like to know too I tried to enable mirroring Using the plist trick but It didn't work anybody got any other ideas?

I don't know about airplay mirroring to apple tv but I got it to work with VGA adapter.

Don't forget that you also need Apple TV os5 installed as well.

II just did the plist trick and VGA mirroring works flawless, hope that it works on the apple tv, I just gotta install IOS 5, so I'm gonna give it a try and report to you guys if this works.

No... Its almost impossible.. Only A5 chip and above... Unless u Chang ur chip on ur iPad 1... A5 and 7 times better graphics and can support mirroring... Otherwise, it can't..

Now that the iphone 4/s and ipad 2 jailbreak is avaiable, could someone take a look into their plist files in springboard.app if there is anything related to airplay mirrroring?
