I hit a snag trying to reset the trial using this. I have the dependancies, the latest GS, no errors are hit, the UDID is reset properly, and defaultKeyStore.plist is deleted.

But the trial doesn't reset. It's as if the UDID being generated has already been used. I have to resort to using fi2shift's script to reset the trial, which works fine.

You got any ideas Zamda? The other script appears to generate the UDID differently (http://xsellize.com/...post__p__617033), is that the case?

Edit: There's a typo in your script. Line 176 "com.grooveshark.Grooveshark " (notice the extra space) is preventing the UDID from faking properly. Once that's corrected it works beautifully.

Dontcha just hate it when you write a 185 line script in less than a day and then a space screws it all up?

Again, I can attempt it, but that would probably be harder to do properly than make a stand alone app it depends on how much time I have and how lucky I am

That's weird. It doesn't matter though, you can fake any other app (this will create the required plist) and then run the script (this adds Grooveshark's key to the plist)

In theory, the code for the toggle is done. I'm just trying to build the goddamnthing (I've crippled my iPod trying to get the toolchain running and building it like in the official documentation, but the documentation is very, very out of date, so now I'm trying to figure out how to build it with Xcode.

Hmm. My iPhone is stuck in a respring/reboot loop after I messed with some files.... verbose boot is showing a whole lot of errors Luckily I can still access via USB and I backed up my apps last night, I'll try and build the toggle while it's in this state because I think I still managed to put the right files in the right places, but if it doesn't work I'll have to restore, and I'll have to do it with xcode

Edit: Nah, iPod is thoroughly screwed. Restoring, and after lunch I'll try with xcode
