With ios 5 issuing random SHSH Blobs could this be the answer to future downgrading?

Could such a program be used in conjunction with existing SHSH blobs enabling us to downgrade to any firmware using custom made ipsw files?

as they told on the "jailbreak conference" its still possible to downgrade ios5 but not with itunes
so this seems to be the alternative method ;) thanks for info
