New Free Store?

So xsellize is bringing back Freestor for those who miss it but i had a question about it how does it work?

does freestor actually crack apples app store or does it download files from apptrackr? JW how freestor works

With Freestore, you can install IPAs direct from Appstore for free.
It is a mobile substrate that allows ou to use appstore to download cracked apps.


But it uses a different source for the actual ipa file. It just uses the AppStore as a database
Look ma' its a PC eating a Mac. . .

I just installed the latest release of FreeStore from xSellize repo via Cydia. I downloaded a 69p game via the FreeStore option within the AppStore and it charged me!

Did it prompt you asking if you wanted to install from FreeStore or enter your iTunes account password?

when i download an app via freestore.. the app just disappears when it finishes.. and it only appears when i respring.. anyone facing this problem?

iphone 4, 4.3.3, jailbreakme.com i guess lol

It only works on iOS 4 right now.
And yes, one of its quirks is that you must respring after installing an app for it to show up in your springboard.
If you have installed it correctly, while in the official AppStore and you click buy, it gives you options to use AppStore, freestore or Installous, select freestore and it bypasses all the usual captcha, waiting times, etc.
It's pretty nifty if you ask me.

Does anyone know the version number? It didn't show up in changes. Only if I search for it and I wanna make sure I install the right version.

you don't have a vip account, so you don't have a vip repo, so you can't install freestore.
