You're lucky, most iPhones don't come with SHSH blobs.

Since you have them for iOS 4.3.3, you're free to restore to and jailbreak that firmware. To do that:
1. Put the iPhone in Pwned DFU mode (Using iFaith/iReb or Redsn0w)
2. Open iTunes and Shift+Click Restore
3. Point iTunes to the signed 4.3.3 IPSW you made (iFaith_iPhone_4-4.3.3 (8J2)_signed)
4. If you recieve error 1014, kick the device out of recovery mode using iFaith/iReb or Redsn0w
5. Visit www.jailbreakme.com to perform an untethered jailbreak.

You can't restore to the iOS 5.0.1 CFWs on this thread without matching SHSH blobs, so 4.3.3 is your only untethered option right now. Once the untethered jailbreak comes out for iOS 5.1 you can switch to that.

The iphone it self didnt have the 4.3.3 shsh blobs within. I got them using TinyUmbrella from the cydia server, i assume they were saved at that point in time.

I'll wait until i get the phone unlocked from att.

You can upgrade if you have your SHSH blobs and APTicket for iOS 5.0.1.

Redsn0w will tell you what blobs you have.

sorry to jump in but if redsn0w gives 5.0.1 do you assme that includes the apticket?

If you have the SHSH blobs on your computer then you can check for an APTicket. You can download the blobs off Cydia's server using TinyUmbrella.

Just open Redsn0w, go to Extras > SHSH blobs > Verify, and point it to the .shsh file (TU saves them as C:\Users\YourUser\.shsh\#ECID#-ideviceX,X-5.0.1.shsh). It should give you a response like this:

#ECID#-ideviceX,X-5.0.1.shsh:
All 19 blobs verified for ECID ####, APTicket is present and valid

If you don't have an APTicket you'll get this message:

#ECID#-ideviceX,X-5.0.1.shsh:
All 19 blobs verified for ECID ####, APTicket is MISSING
