i'm trying to compile cydia from source but i've reached a problem. in the compiling.txt the instructions are as follows


0) use a Mac (I'm sorry, I really am)
1) install the official Apple iOS SDK
2) install Fink (the only sane choice)
3) activate Fink (. /sw/bin/init.sh)
4) sudo fink install bash ldid tar wget xz
5) run ./sysroot.sh and wait a bit
6) type "make" to compile the executable


I've gone up to step 6 but got this error in terminal



[cycc] Menes/invocationWithSelector.mm
/bin/sh: /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/usr/bin/g++-4.2: No such file or directory
make: *** [Objects/Menes/invocationWithSelector.o] Error 127

i've checked /Developer/Platforms/...bin and the file g++-4.2 is missing.

how can I fix this?

why compile it ? when cydia wrks just fine on all fws up to 5.0.1 ? :s

trying to get AdBlocker to run within Cydia. without the use of SBAdblock toggle.

Well, I cloned Cydia via the github.


After everything was said and done I got 'make' to create 'MobileCydia' executable, a 'Objects' folder, and a 'bins' folder. I'm sure I'm close to putting it on my phone but unsure as the what the next step would be.
