gift card gen on cydia?

youtube video uploaders say that there is a gift card generator that works. however when we get to the download page, they make u do a survey which you end up paying thru mobile phones, and all you get in return is 'link unavailable' etc. if the generator is actually real and if it actually works, i wonder if the app could be transferred to cydia?

Its fake........ I would think that anyone would know this...
