Good catch from Mark Gurman of 9 to 5 Mac on Twitter: Apple won't allow people to use iTunes to build nuclear bombs. Seems fair enough.

That has actually been there since before the iPhone. I remember reading it in iTunes 7 or 6 I think.

yeah Maddox mentioned this maybe back in 2006-3007 or so (not sure). But I'm pretty sure that someone found that gem even earlier.
