you and the member above me are forgetting 1 thing here.. only ONLY a unlocked iphone from the APPLe store is truely unlocked.. not 1 phone from a cARRIER is truly unlocked.. theres a diffrence here.. so yea it does and doesnt matter.. but AT best aspects for ppl who cant dish out the 800+ for a truley unlocked applestore iphone need this unlock
