i dont know why...i have done it 100 times..has appsync for ios 5.0+..its turned on in installous..dont know what the deal is, i hit transfer putchases and only the non cracked ones go through...i have 101 apps, and its only transferring 33

I have the same issue too. Was not like this in the past.
I am using 3GS on IOS 4.3.3.
None of my 'friendly' app was transferred.

I don't know if Itunes upgrade is the problem, I have IP4 and I am still on ver 4.3.2 however my Itunes is the latest as I have Ipad 2 5.01 witch need the latest Itunes.
Both my Iphone 4 and Ipad sync all the apps that are hacked and got from Itunes.

I don't think it's the iTunes update because it's working fine here, I just deleted several cracked apps from my iTunes library to see what would happen. As soon as I clicked "Transfer Purchases" it moved them all back over from the iPhone. This is on an iPhone4 running 5.0.1 untethered by redsn0w and the most recent iTunes (10.5.3.3 x64) on Windows 7.

Weird I have the exact same phone, same jailbreak tool, same windows version and same iTunes

What's the solution ??

Are you sure it's actually not moving them and iTunes just stopped showing you the progress and each app name at the top? I've had that happen plenty of times...normally it says "Transferring Angry Birds" or whatever at the top but sometimes it stops showing that and the only way you can even tell that it's still moving apps is to watch the Apps section of your iTunes library for new icons to show up.

Just stop hijacking this thread with more problems. Now to fix your situation:
Download App Sync:
4 for IOS 4 basically
5 for IOS 5
And uprgade it to the latest version.
After that go Installous and press settings on the top. Enable iTunes Sync.

There you go. Now you can sync your apps to your computer or from your computer.

You must not be able to read...... They have already tried all the things you have mentioned. Also he wasn't hijacking the thread at all he was trying to help them find a solution.

I had this issue once and thats exactly what i did
1- use ifunbox to backup my cracked apps to IPA
2- sync with itunes and let it DELETE my cracked apps
3-drag n drop my backup apps into itunes and select sync apps, then sync
it works fine after that, and any newly cracked app installed via install0us is synced fine

Sure you must have appsync installed prior to these steps..

Nice job recommending things he's already done, did you even read his post? Also, how exactly does the OP hijack his own thread? Unless you were talking to me, in which case I was directly responding to the problem. I guess you consider that "hijacking". Next time I'll just recommend things he clearly said he's already done, like you did. 3 post n00bs ftw.

I have the same problem as the OP. i4 iOS 5.0.1. I recently had to do a fresh jailbreak and that's when all this started. The above method works for me but I have to do it for every app I download.
