There are several reasons why this probably will never work but the main one that immediately comes to mind is the fact that you need to click the green button to start the Mediafire download even when using your direct link, how were you expecting Cydia to do that?

My frnd I already have the direct FTP link which u get after clicking the green button ! So I was wondering how do I end up using that which (given above) to connect it to my cydia repo :)

Well if this isn't possible then cud it b possible that somehow we can end up installing the split deb packages ?!

The link only works for you IP address, and also it probably expires after 10 minutes. So that won't work.

Please note that my advice may be incorrect.

What server? And no, I'm pretty sure they need to come in one package.

i am using a UNET.com server and wanted to link files uploaded on mediafire.com or depositfiles.com

and also the SPLITTING system works provided u make seperate packages with files urself instead of using SPLIT DEB command in terminal !
