My white iPhone 4, 32GB, 4.3.3 FW, recently bricked/got stuck in a recovery loop. Chances are I downloaded some faulty Cydia extension. I have been resetting and restarting for an hour, and nothing is working. My first plan was to get it to turn on, back it up, and then upgrade it to the latest 5.0.1 firmware. Now that it's not working, my next plan was to just re-jailbreak it. Now, I don't want to use a custom IPSW to jailbreak it, because that would involve restoring everything, i.e., losing everything. Is there a current-existing 4.3.3 jailbreak software that works similarly to GreenPois0n? I remember using that to jailbreak and it was really easy.

If nothing comes up, I'll just have to to a custom IPSW restore...

Please help!

there is nothing called re-jailbreak to fix the recovery loop, if you hace access to the phone via ssh or by usb cable you can try to disable the mobile substrates addons which may cause the problem, other than that you need to restore..

you could try getting out of recovery loop by using a prog not sure but i think tinyumbrella also could do it. You probably would end up with a restore cause its kinda rare to fix it when that happens accidentally if it was done on purpose it would be fixed from a prog. Now if its not restoring in itunes or resets/restarts did you try putting your iphone into dfu mode? you could try reinstalling itunes but i dnt think thats your problem. You could also try plugging it into a different usb port or computer to restore that mostly helps. Just pointing it out that bricking your iphone is kinda impossible to do accidentally unless you delete the system files so dnt worry it will get fixed.
