Low signal iPhone 3Gs 6.15.0 on 5.0.1

My iPhone is having a problem with the signal , it's very low (2-3 bars) and sometimes it depends where I'm at, there's certain place where I can have full signal easily and certain place no service at all, and I noticed that when I'm holding one side of the phone with my palm, I can get full service, same thing when it's in my pocket , can you guys help me ?
