i think this is the right section but does anyone know how to change the 3G icon on a iphone 4s to a 4G? or a theme or something that does it... the one i found in cydia doesnt work

I"m on an iP4 so not sure if the files have the same name on the 4S but have you tried the one on Cydia called "iphone 4 4G icons"? That one works on my iP4 but I made my own set of 4G icons since I didn't like how skinny the ones in this theme were.
