yes i did...

i can "walk" through all menus without any problems, but no gps signal

no more ideas. just one :) restore iphone and the first thing i would do is install iDA. good luck

when i try to install map.deb i get this error... what's wrong??

no way! after the steps for installing the patch the program just crash to home! permission are ok; original iDA renamend in iDa_;date in patched iDa changed to today but still not working. any help?
the strange thing is that I don't have 8 days left but only 7!

Download the mapfiles with a download manager who support multiple parts/connections then you have full speed :)

if still doesn't work check the iDA_ file (must be executable, iDA too, but it's obvious).

Sorry i think i did everything right but after the 8 days warning it crashes and it sends me to the menu screen,

Right now i have in my iDA.app : some files, iDA (cracked one), iDA_ , iDA.txt ( with new date)

Any ideas ?

Thanks all seems to be working well. will know for sure after I have had a chance to allow it to navigate me somewhere:

2 really bad omissions in this program:
1) if i play my music whilst navigating it appears (through the demoed route video thing) that the music will stop completely after the voice instruction.
2) lack of intergration with the iphones contact app.

yes, i hope that in a future iDA will be compatible with contacts app! With xgps i used to use this function everytime! It's a problem to keep in mind city street and number from a contact to write.
