Maps to Navigon on Iphone

Does anybody know from where can I find a map of Denmark, Germany and Sweden?
I got Navigon from http://appulo.us/appdb/

But this Maps was not included.

And should I put it into the Iphone?

I really want scandinaia in non-american edition, for the saftey cameras. Anyone who can help me out?
