thanks for the help.....but im having another issue....the graphics are showing up as squares with a question mark...any idea on how to correct that?

It needs 3G or Edge or Wifi working, for it to fetch and download the weather data to the iPhone.

Then you must have put your setting incorrectly for the City and Country. Taking Is600h example above, make sure you type in the data correctly:

var locale = "New Delhi,[1 spacing here]India" . You do not have to edit anything else, then respring the springboard using BossPrefs.

Give it another try.

1. Unzip the downloaded file. You should be getting a .theme file.
2. SSH into iPhone, copy and install the .theme file into : /var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX/ (this is where all the Winterboard's themes are placed).
3. Launch Winterboard app from springboard. You should see the file name that you have just SSHed. Select the file and then respring the the springboard (push the home button).
4. You are done :).

Gave it another try...and it still does not show any of the icons or change the weather from Manilla to New York... i think I'm doing everything as intsucted but I still can't get this to work properly

That is weird. Even for a small district in my country that I've tested by putting into the script, the weather report shows. If all the instruction you have followed and done correctly but still fail, then there is nothing else that I can think off at the moment. Sorry cannot help any further at the moment.

Thanks for all your help.... I finally got it to work by making the change prior to sshing it to the the phone....but the problem im having now is that all the icons are not showing up...they show as question marks...any input on that?/
