okay guys i did a fresh restore and took out the graphicservices.sample.plist
this time, it didn't crash my ipod music player and so far, it's working fine without it
i don't know what caused mine to crash but i think it's safe to take this plist out

com.apple.mobile.obliteration.plist seems to be used for "Remote Wipe via Exchange" or "a wipe from using Settings > General > Reset" (source from
http://code.google.c...bileObliterator)
if you don't use these features, maybe it is safe to get rid of this plist too
i'll try and see what happens

also, beware of erasing language files (.lproj)
for 2 times when i did erase language files of most of the apps, i had problems
first time was when i updated iFile from cydia; it rebooted during the update and after the reboot, i could not open cydia. It would just quit at "loading data"
second time was when i had my problem of mobilemusicplayer and the video app quitting when opened
both of these times were when i erased the language files
after restore, i did not erase the language files and now it seems that taking out graphicservices.sample.plist won't do anything

also, com.apple.mDNSResponder.plist seems to be about Bonjour (source
http://www.felipe-al...mac-os-x-tiger/) don't know if it is the same but i'll try disabling it too since i don't use bonjour

for ipod touches, you might not need com.apple.datamigrator.plist
i think it's for iphone transfering data from and to SIM card
