UPDATE 4: As i said in the iRealSMS Thread, ive been away from the whole iphone scene and came back with a broken iPhone. From what i was hearing , the new 1.2.10 is still uncracked. If I find anything related to this , will keep you guys posted.

UPDATE 3 : NO WORKING CRACK FOR Swirly 1.2.7/1.2.8/1.2.9 as of yet ( 15-11-2008 ) . PLEASE , Do NOT post any crack saying it works without checking it by yourself for 2 things :
1- it doesnt show swirlymms 1.2/1.2.6 on splash screen.
2- if the above test is OK , forward the date 14 days and try to send an MMS.
This way the thread will be much more informative and cleaner. Thanks.

UPDATE 2 : If you are facing problems with the above method , crashes or whatsoever , just downgrade to SwirlyMMS 1.2.6 :
Uninstall the 1.2.8 from cydia.
Download this : http://www.sendspace.com/file/c2lo29 , Un-Tar it using a good Un-Archiver.
SSH swirlyspace.mms_1.2.6.deb onto private/var/root.
and then launch terminal on your iphone , dpkg -i swirlyspace.mms_1.2.6.deb . REBOOT.
Done , you are back with a working 1.2.6 with the extended demo .

UPDATE 1 : Some ppl seem to have crashes on sending MMS , and they are asked to re fetch the license on first startup - Weird.

Since there has been lots of ppl saying the "crack" ( without saying wtf is the crack they are using ) doesn't work , i decided to open this thread hoping all the others will get deleted to solve the confusion going on.
Stop saying the activation trick doesnt work.
Swirly 1.2.7 changed the way the app retrieves a license . If you are already licensed with that fake demo period it wont ask you to fetch a new one ( and it will never , since it really is a hassle for the average user and their servers ) .
That means : Swirly 1.2.x ( where x is < 7 ) Tricked with the activation.lic method , then updated to 1.2.8 SHOULD work just fine .
DO NOT PRESS BUY because this will cause ( PROBABLY ) an overwrite for the activation.lic you have with a new un-trickable ( yet ) one.
A crack that removes the BUY splash for both 1.2.7/8 hasn't been out YET.
The bottom line : Backup your activation.lic file for future usage in case you had to do a restore to your phone later .
One more thing : SwirlySpace can never touch your activation.lic file unless YOU refetch it

NOTE : IF You had a message saying DEMO LICENSE EXPIRED on 1.2.8 , the above downgrade wont work for you , you are locked out with the new one-lined license .
NOTE 2 : PPL NEVER JUST SEEM TO UNDERSTAND - Applying previous crakcs replaces the binaries , which are the main files in the app , so you are back to the OLD version . So stop saying : HEY , i applied swirly 1.2.6 crack and its working on 1.2.8 YAYYY ! .
