Install Open SSH into your Iphone . Instal WinSCP on your PC . Enter in your Iphone via SSH , and after that search in /private/etc/apt/sources.list.d the file called cydia.list . Edit this file and delete the line with iapplications.ru . Save the file , and will work OK .

You don't really have to sign up you can just put in iphonecake.com/appcake/en/i and it takes you to the ENGLISH AppCake and you don't have to sign up you can just dl and also for the computer english appcake just type in iphonecake.com/appcake/en but u still hav to sign up for the CPU site :)
