I've tried sshing malaysia map including poi & building files, however an error that I've got: "Map initialization error - Cannot open the available map files with your license"
Definitely the license problem... I desperately need it Ooo hackers...

First Install the application using iTunes.

download Igo Worldwide Licensed software:

Extract and copy the content files over SSH with WinSCP to your IPHONE (overwriting the existence)
