Is your wifi working for other devices/electronics in your house like laptops and such?
It could be the wifi. Click on the blue circle thing on the right where your wifi name is and tell me if you are getting an IP address.

i sometimes have problems getting dhcp ip address after 3.0..

if your phone connects to network (status bar shows wifi bars or numbers), check your ip with apple settings app.. also you could try to manually configure ip from there..

but that ip problem really bugs me after i upgraded to 3.0 :(

I would say try and restore your iPhone... perhaps something went wrong in the process? Do you have another iPod or something there you can try it with?

if your not been able to connect to any wifi at all, even if you have the right wep key etc, i would think that your wifi chip has broke. You will have to send your phone away to get it repaired.

A lot of people are having the same problems as you and the majority of the time, it turns out it was the wifi chip.

The same thing happened to me, i tried everything to get it working again and it didnt work. So ive sent mine away and am now waiting for it to be sent back.

Try restore and everything before hand, sending off is a last resort.
