Got it working now.
Originally i used winscp to copy file across and it said it was allready there so i replaced it and restarted and no update.Next time i used iphone browser and dragged file into the correct place restarted and the update when there straight away.

ok i only find the documents directory and no EU or save? do i just copy it in the documents directory sorry if this sounds dumb..

Restart Iphone browser.... the right folders will show up then. Thats what I had to do anyways.

nice it works thank you! is there anyway sham it doesn't have mph for the uk...instead of kpmh..

no way of changing that i guess.

That would have been the imperial or metric box you ticked on first start up mate. Imperial being MPH metric being KMPH

Don't know what to say mate. Worked first time here.
I know the O.P said use any name to register but did you use a recognized format for the email addy etc? andypo@hotmail.com for instance? then a password of say 7 letters or more (i used 7 for the record)

Did the same for me!! so I removed it by deleting it from the iphone and itunes, rebooting ihe iphone and reinstalling from itunes and this time it worked!
