The issue I had was caused by having intelliscreen installed using the deb file. When I tried to install anyring and tlert cydia also tried to install intellishared. It couldn't overwrite the existing copy that had been installed using the intelliscreen deb which caused anyring not to fully work. It wouldn't actually use the song I was trying to use. And then to top it all off, every time I tried to install anything in cydia it would try and fail everytime to install intellishared.
The solution....I had to remove all the intelli apps, install anyring and then intelliscreen. However now I can't install tlert as the same thing will happen again and installing tlert before intelliscreen just causes the deb to fail installation and then intelliscreen doesn't work at all :-(
Hmmm what to keep, intelliscreen or tlert......I think intelliscreen wins. However, it would probably work with both if intelliscreen was up on the repo.

I dont know if it helps, but you can force to overwrite the files when you install from a deb file.
simply use this command: dpkg -i --force-overwrite yourfile.deb
