I would upload my cydia.list but I currently do not have my ipod on me.
Could someone please upload it (remove the repos with your username and password too)

And yes, i believe the iSpazio repo is currently down.

You need ssh in your iphone and some program like winscp to upload files.

So, I've done everything in this thread, even the rejailbreak with redsn0w 0.72 but I can't get cydia to open..... any other thoughts?

Here is what worked for me,

SSH in

Delete all the files in /var/lib/apt/lists/ except for the partial folder!!!

Open up terminal, then type:

su (press return)

alpine (you will not see it as you type press return)

apt-get update (press return)

It will tell you if you have problem and whether it is a single package or a repo.

Reboot

Open Cydia

It should ask you to forcibly clear the offending app (in my case Netatalk).

Yes rejailbreaking will delete all of your applications, check out pkgbackup it will remember what you have installed and when you rejailbreak it will reinstall the apps.
You can also SSH any data that you want saved.

Yes, i believe there is a way to rejailbreak without restoring ... that would keep all your stuff
