Hi Guys,

I have been away for a while but I am back. I have been working on a few apps and one of them is UnlimTones. This application will allow users to download ringtones directly into their ringtones folder without the need for cydia or a pc. Screenshots are posted below. Please let me know what you think of it. Also, there will be a version on cydia but the version posted below includes the ability to preview the ringtone before it is downloaded.

I tried it and it works great, here are a couple suggestions though

1. Ability to change name of ringtone after it's been downloaded without having to go to the ringtone folder and change it manually.

2. Delete unwanted ringtones within the app

3. Download multiple ringtones at once

4. Put check next to the ringtones you want then download them all at once

5. See the ringtones you have downloaded within the app

those are awsome suggestions will take some time to implement

and one suggestion: to change your library songs into ringtones like cutting them and change the name

Excellent app m8!! Just installed onto a 3gs and a 3g and both are working great! This is super simple to install, super simple to get a ringtone, and of course, super simple to change to the new one. 5/5 stars for ease of use!

I agree with the other suggestions and also second an ability to make a ringtone out of a section of a music file.

ok very weird I installed thru cydia using repo in post then after using it I went into cydia and it asked to upgrade now I can't preview plus it changed it to a wackass icon, how can i go back to the preview version?

UPDATE: ok removed it, installed deb working fine again can preview but cydia still asks to upgrade even tho the versions are the same. Weird well I won't be upgrading till the ver. # does.

Also there are two versions the one from bigboss doesnt let you preview the ringtone like in the other repo! I automatically starts to donwload!!!! I deleted it and downloaded it from the actuall repo !!! And i love it!! Thanks!

Thank you everyone for the support. I implemented a file browser and will be posting the updated version soon so now you should be able to delete ringtones from your ringtones folder.

I was up until 4 am lol. I felt that it was a vital feature. Also, I will be including the same filebrowser in my i4iphones app.

awesome so in the next update we will be able to make our tone using our library? yo u tweet? Also what do you think of these names instead?

Is there a way for us to upload our own tones so that other users could download them, making a kinda community generated database of all sorts of ringtones ?
