Ok I got InstallOus installed, and now the Custom Home Screen installed too. It works beautifully. Thanks again guys.

Side note- I just noticed puy0 wrote this version of InstallOus as well as the official hackulous one. Its weird I never heard of it until now.

Edit- I just read in the Install0us FAQ that puy0 only officially supports Install0us because Installous seems to be taken over by other people (hackulous folks). Cool, I'm glad to have learned that now.

By the way, yan93, you could probably do that by using Symbolic Linking the folder to the other one. Might work, I've never done it before though.

step 4? or do you mean step 3

In Install0us settings set Home URL to :
file:///var/mobile/Documents/hello.html

on the top you will see URL: type here
file:///var/mobile/Documents/hello.html

Overview
I package soh20's Home Screen for install0us.
Make sure you thank him, http://xsellize.com/...193&postcount=2

You don't need to change settings or anything.
Just install the DEB with iFile.

Note:
Auto Install and Auto Delete are of when starting up. Turn them on if you wish to. But I prefer it that way anyways.

Download Link
http://www.4shared.c...0d/install.html

I'm fine if this goes on the xsellize repo.

Thank you!
It was easy... now it is MUCH easy!

I can't seem to get this to work. It seems that all my folders start /private/var/mobile/Documents.
I've tried putting in the 4 files " css, hello.html, images & javascript " in that file but no luck. I have also set the ulr to: file:///var/mobile/Documents/hello.html. Any suggestions?

I have added it to directory var/mobile/Documents and used the url without the " . " at the end and still no luck. The file show up in my iFile app under var/mobile/Document. I'm a little disappointed because its brilliant. If you have any more advice I'd love to hear it.
Thanks a ton Pwned.

You have to set it to:

Yes... with the "file:" and the 3 "///" and with the D in uppercase.

There will be 2.1 update coming up for the DEB

- Optimized and Cleaner HTML code
- Smaller (Maybe Faster) because of code
- Deleted bad urls
- Alphabetized
- Creates Download folders if not present
