Alright guys....I think I've found a couple of solution to this 3.1.3 problem. I haven't tried it because I don't really want this app but try this if you have a jailbroken iPhone/iPod Touch.

Download UDID Faker from Cydia and change the UDID for this app by pressing the random button inside of this app. Once you've done that, respring your device and see if that does the trick.
Another way would be to download Fake 3.1.3 from Cydia. This mod tricks iTunes into thinking you're on firmware 3.1.3 and hopefully it would trick this app as well.

Pen spinning is a fun pastime for the school or office environment, they even have multinational tournaments these days.When I checked it first time I loved it but then I understood that it's called the thumbover. It's one of the most common tricks when I first saw it first(on a different tutorial video) I took about 2 days to come to terms with it, I am such a slow learner

I love penspinning but i still have to learn a lot more. ATM my best trick is normal shadow or twisted sonic (no bust :/ )
