Tired of the plain old "slide to unlock" text? Maybe the "slide to power off"? How about the "Installing..." text under your newest App Store app that is installing? You can change all of this an more with iStrings.
If using a language other than EN, please launch iStrings once, then hit the home button and go back into Settings>iStrings and all of the strings will now be changed to your currently selected language.

This will not add a new icon to your home screen. You can find iStrings in your Settings app.
iStrings uses either WinterBoard or directly changing your Strings on your iDevice. It houses options for 362 different Strings on your device.
To enable winterboard support, make sure you have winterboard installed and turn the "Use WinterBoard" switch on, then go into WinterBoard and enable the iStrings theme. Otherwise, if not using WinterBoard, the app will do everything itself, including a respring.

Much better then MyStrings... there's a TONNE more stings to edit with istrings.... I purchased it anyway, nice little hack for a quid.

Remember guys: buy it if you like it :) I put a lot of work into this one and plan on keeping it updated through and hopefully a lot past 4.0 and 3.2 :) It almost has as many pirated downloads as it does paid on just /one/ repo :( Anyways, I hope you all like it and let me know about anything you would like to see in it.

But the 1.2 is the same as 1.1, there is no option to change the color of the letter...

Enable Advanced: This option allows you to activate more than 362 texts of the system & (color choice of text), and you can change what you want

Use Winterboaed: it is to select the color of text and requires activated with winterboard (only the color of the text)

Do you guys want support for changing the color without WInterBoard? I thought it was appropriate for WinterBoard only as it is more of a theme option than a text option.

Thanks for this application Yodi. Although I don't really need it. I do it manually with small own Winterboard "themes". Nevertheless it's a great app for people who canot or want not to change those texts manually.

i installed this and changed 7 or 8 little likes like slide to unlock(simple things) and it didnt change on my iphone its all the same and i tryed mystrings and the same happened they dont change anything am i doing anything wrong???

You most likely have a theme in WinterBoard that is conflicting with iStrings. If you disable said theme it will work. This problem happens with a lot of people - you just have to make 100% sure you do not have another theme that overwrites the strings of the phone or just drag iStrings to the top of WinterBoard - that should work too. If you are using non-WinterBoard mode, then you most likely still have something in winterboard that is conflicting. Any theme in WinterBoard that has strings changed will overwrite any non-WinterBoard strings file you try to change.

for all who say they do not change must bear in mind that if your language is not English ...

We will seek the implementation iStrings adjustments and we'll get a message and that ASEM is out there, we give the Home button as see the message, it grabs the application conforms with our language.
