For some reason, /usr/bin/dpkg returned error code (100) continues to pop up and im unable to uninstall or install any apps from cydia is there a way to fix this issue? been looking around google and many sites but can't find step by step information to fix this.

restore and jailbreak is the only solution for that

Ive been able to fix stuff like that, but i got error code 1 and 2. Never 100.

You probably have to restore like soh said.

I'm getting error 2 -no such file or directory

I know it's rooted to a bad installation of installous which I removed but think not completely and can't find stray traces in those com.installous things as reccomended

even app store downloads won't work now

can I reinstall cydia

I deleted wrong bin files from cydia including a file callled lock and now sources and packages are completely blank in cydia

please help thanks
