Needed requirements : SSH installed on phone
WinSCP or SSH program



Ok rename the file you want to use to new-mail.caf for incoming mail.

1: ssh into your phone to /System/Library/Audio/UISounds/ and you will see new-mail.caf rename that to new-mail.caf.bak

2: Take the file i provided and ssh it to /System/Library/Audio/UISounds/ and copy the new-mail.caf to that directory.

3: Reboot for the new file to work.

If your using a theme that has its own UISounds for new mail you can go to /private/var/stash/Themes.XXXXXX/ (XXXXXX) being what ever random letters numbers you have) and then look in the UISounds file for your selected theme.

Same steps apply.
Always rename your original file with .bak for troubleshooting or reverting back to defaults.
