RAFFLE RESULTS



The last raffle was so popular and had such a huge demand. I have decided to do this once again this time there are a few changes, so even though I have just copied and pasted everything here just make sure you read before you dive in head first because I have made a few changes.
Main points to note:

• Anyone that participates in this will get VIP lifetime membership
• There is no limit on the amount of users that participate (odds could be anything 50/1 100/1 bear that in mind before participating)
• Only one ticket per person is allowed and if you decide to get more than one only one ticket will be counted
• End date Sunday 1st August 2010 give you all time to have a go
• I will not accept any bribes to tip it in your favor or any offers of extra donations so please do not ask. Its tempting but its not fair if you decide to tempt me I will quote your offers here for all to see and disqualify you from the offer.
• If you have any problems with the donation script please let me know via pm so I can fix it.
• Also if you have any question reply to the post and someone will answer it.

OMG, you must be kidding me, can this be true?

Yes, we are totally serious, but read on before you get too excited.

I recently purchased an iPhone 4 16GB. It's brand new, sealed unlocked to all networks directly from Apple (you may know this as factory unlocked).

I present you a sale with a twist, so here's how it's gonna work. It costs just £10 (approx 15USD depending on exchange rates) for a ticket to enter the raffle, £10 may seem like a lot but all facts considered, it's a bargain. Hell, if I'd paid £10 for a brand spanking new iPhone 4 I'd be more than delighted.

So what are you waiting for? If you'd like to enter you can click xDonate and select the iPhone 4 16GB raffle option and checkout using paypal. After that, just sit back and cross your fingers, it's gonna be a nail biting time for all of us.

A couple of FAQ's:
Is there any VIP or IPArepo included in this?
No, your user group will not change (i.e you will not get VIP)
Yes, you will get VIP included as a runner up gift.
I'm one of your incredible cool and dedicated members of staff, can we arrange something
Staff are not allowed to enter (unfortunate, but we'll get accused of cheating/fixing if you win).
Can I cheat the system?
Anyone filing a dispute in PayPal after the raffle closes will get named and shamed. Additionally I will also send a report to PayPal with proofs of purchase of the raffle and IP address basically making it very hard for you to get your refund. If you don't want to take part, there's no obligation.
If I win, how are you going to get it to me?
If you're in the UK you're guaranteed sorted. If you're in Europe, you're pretty close to that. For anywhere else, we'll have to see how much postage costs and work out some sort of compromise if costs are exorbitant.
This sounds great fun, how many of these are we doing?
Well I only have this one for the moment, but if people are keen on this we'll do it more in the future for other Apple products.
Where does the money for this go to?
Seeing as I dished out on this, I first off need to recoup the money I spent. After that anything additional will go towards running and improving the site for you guys. I will use the extra monies to get the next prize (iPad :-))
How are we going to do this raffle?
Great question. If you've got a suggestion, hit us up with a reply in this thread, we'll take a vote on how we're going to do this before we do it. Well how do you think we are going to do it, pick em out of a hat, of course!

I cannot think of anything else at the moment so when I do I will add to this post so keep checking

That'd be awesome, and if you couldnt do that then at least put a poll up top that says "have you entered for your chance to win" or something along those lines. It'll help more than nothing.
