Helpers, we thank you for donating your time towards helping others, but there are a few things you should note:

Do not flame or otherwise insult them for not searching etc. Be nice. If we kill all the new members this community will die.
Check the format. If they did not post in the correct format, please don't help them. It will be wasted as the topic will be deleted very soon. Instead, hit that lovely "Report" button on the bottom left corner of their post.
Try to respond in clear and concise English. Not everyone is a native speaker and it can be difficult for people to understand.


People who break rule 1 will be subjected to a +1 warn and 24 hour moderator preview.
