Hi guys,

here is a crack for the best VoIP app for the iPhone smile.gif It is, just as the Snapture Crack, using the HarHar MobileSubstrate method. This means that the actual apps files are not modified, but functions/methods in them dynamically replaced using Mobile Substrate.

This crack will probably work on all old and new methods, as long as the dev doesnt change too much in the license code.

Instructions:
Download files
Install Siax normally using Cydia
Put HarHarSiax.dylib and HarHarSiax.plist in /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries
Enjoy Siax Premium

Advanced info:
Siax has two protections
1. Connect to siax homepage and check whether there is a license for the iPhone with the UDID. If you bought a license for that phone it will return Valid (3), if your trial did not expire it will return TRIAL (2) and if your trial expired it will return FAIL (1).
If the server actually returns Valid, it will verify the serial you have entered.

So the crack has two cracking modes:
1. Make the first check think you have a license and accept every license as valid (default)
2. Make siax think you still have a valid trial

If in a future version the crack stops working, try changing mode in the HarHarSiax.plist to 2 and see if the trial method works.

Seems not to work with siax 1.09. It says the license pro is valid but doesn't connect to sip provider. Tried two of them, they work otherwise.

hi,
i have the same problem i used an older version of siax before which worked fine but stopped working because the trial expired.
I updated to the newest version which of course didnt work, since the trial expired. Then I made the crack and siax doesnt work well. On 3G it works, but on wifi not. I think that is a problem in the most recent version.

It would be nice to find someone whose trial did not expire yet and who can test whether siax works fine for him with the most recent version.

You could try the second mode as described in my post and see whether it works then.

I did try also the second mode - no difference. My trial is expired. Both tests done on wifi.

Did the exactly same version that you have now of siax ever work or did you install it after your trial expired?

Hard to say, i've tested siax few weeks ago and deleted it after one day - nothing left of it because a week ago i've restored my iPhone 3G.

just tried it on a 3g with expired 1.09 and it seems to work.
siax seems a bit unstable as it closes itself on start sometimes but this also happend before the patch.

Installed SIAX and added the crack before it's first run. Patch works (sais "pro license installed" after keyin in a random serial).

However, I'm buying this app if it turns out stable, it's not that expensive :-)

You're awesome! Maybe this method can be used for SwirlyMMS?
For example, changing the date in checking date function.
Or more pro, change the license status like there.

It would probably work for swirly, but since I do not use that app, I wont make one. But the original cracker of swirly can get the source code from me to see how that is done to make his own HarHar crack.

Hey guys... Has anyone got an idea why I can not find /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries folder?
My siax version is 1.09, iphone 3g fw 2.2.
