Somehow, I cannot get this to download via Cydia despite adding the repo link to irepo.us.

This is supposed to fix the Cydia crash (which I am having) due to UDIDFaker

Can't you download it from the "multiupload" links posted in the original post ?
The "MegaUpload" link still works.

That link is for the 2.3 version that crashes Cydia. There is an alternate version that changed the install name from UDIDFaker to UUIDFaker. It is this version that I wanted. It is available from the repo. But my Cydia is now crashing so frequently that I can't get to it. I need help to have someone download the deb from the repo and put it online so I can download it from the browser and then SSH the deb into my device to try to install it this way.

just install the previous version of cydia http://apt.saurik.com/debs/ then uninstall what you need. The newest cydia crashes due to incompatibility.

Which older version of Cydia is both iPad and UDIDFaker compatible? I tried to downgrade to the previous version of Cydia by installing the older deb, but Cydia just crashes instantly on start (even worse than the newest version with UDIDFaker, which at least stays up for a bit until you try to examine packages).

Help? Again, can someone please just download the following deb and post it here for me?

It does not work with the new photoswap because I have read that the iOS 5 doesn't use the UDID as tool to identify a specific device. In fact, the UDID isn't the way through which developers trak an app's users anymore.I guess that's the reason why UDIDfaker couldn't work with the new iOS 5. My question is: Is there any other application on cydia or any work-around that could change the iOS Device Identifier?
